Fight For Fitness Campaign.. Diabetes Special

Fight For Fitness Campaign is a program of the foundation in which we promote healthy practices in day to day life of the people. The healthy practices include doing morning jogging, yoga, eating fibrous food, drinking healthy juices such as wheat grass juice etc. These healthy practices can change a person lifestyle in a very positive way to make him/her fit and healthy.

"Fitness is not about being better then someone else, it’s about being better then you used to be."


On 31st October 2019 the foundation held a camp, in which the volunteers distributed healthy wheat grass juice to the morning joggers from 06:00 AM to 08:30 AM. This camp was the second in the series of the Fight For Fitness Campaign. The beneficiaries told us that they are getting benefited from this campaign. The foundation feels proud by the outcome of the efforts of the volunteers and the campaign.
