NGO CELEBRATED AMBEDKAR JAYANTI WITH KIDS BY DISTRIBUTING COPY, PENS, BISCUITS AND MASK TO THEM


Today on 14.04.2021 The ISCI Foundation celebrated Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar's birth anniversary with the children of scheduled castes living in the slums in City Center, Gwalior. The jayanti was celebrated following the COVID guidelines with simplicity.

NGO, keeping in mind the rules of COVID, this year, on the birth anniversary of Ambedkar ji, first distributed masks to the children and explained the importance of masks in the fight against Corona. After this the the founders of NGO Smt. Sweta ji and Mohit ji together with the children offered flowers in front of the portrait of Ambedkar Ji. Sweta ji told children about how Ambedkar ji is identified as a jurist, economist, politician and social reformer. He told the children that Ambedkar Ji was the chief architect of the Constitution of India and he also advocated for the rights of women, children and laborers.

Ambedkar Ji's dream was that the Scheduled Caste children should make their lives successful by studying and ending caste discrimination. Moving in this direction, ISCI Foundation distributed copies, pens, biscuits and masks to the children to continue their studies.

Complying with COVID guidelines members made this festival with joy with children. The enthusiasm of the children was worth seeing and the children and members of NGO celebrated this occasion with cheerfulness.
